1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

• The product is damaged or defective on arrival

• You received the wrong product

• The product is not functioning as described

• The item is unused, in original packaging, and within the return period

We do not accept returns for items damaged due to customer misuse.

2. Return Period

You can request a return within:

7 days of receiving your order.

After 7 days, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used aroma diffusers or aroma lamps

• Items without original packaging

• Products damaged by water, drops, or improper handling

• Accessories such as cables, filters, and essential oils

• Electronic water-bottle toys used or without tags

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive:

• A damaged product

• A defective product

• The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours with:

1. Your order number

2. Photos or video showing the issue

We will replace the item or offer a suitable solution.

5. Refund Process

After your return is approved and the item is inspected, your refund will be:

• Credited back to your original payment method

• Issued within 5–7 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Replacement Policy

If the product is defective or damaged, we offer:

• Free replacement for the same item

• If out of stock, you may choose

  • A similar product

  • Store credit

  • Partial refund

7. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we cover shipping.

• If the return is for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong choice), the customer covers shipping costs.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After processing/shipping, cancellations are not possible.
